Workshop Introduction

Intuition is Timeless. Throughout the ages people have made great breakthroughs and discovered new approaches by following their intuition, their hunches, their gut. This is an exciting time to be alive. Things change very quickly.

In our ever changing and challenging world, for organizations and human beings to grow and excel, they must learn to act creatively while welcoming and utilizing uncertainty. The need to make decisions quickly in today s uncertain business environment has become a taken for granted paradigm. The trouble for business leaders is that although the environment has changed, the skills have not updated as quickly. This program introduces you to those skills. By taking participants out of their comfort zones and presenting them with exercises that will encourage them to think out of the box, this workshop empowers individuals to work creatively with uncertainty. Through a process of experimenting with art making, participants discover:

	Fearlessness when exploring options and approaching uncertainty.
	A methodology providing a creative springboard to overcome the inertia and fear of not knowing how to start or change the process.
	An approach to dealing with uncertainty that fosters creative thinking.

Methodology of Personal Challenge

Through experiential and very hands on methodology, participants will:

	Identify current personal and business issues that need new solutions.
	Learn a methodology of art making enabling them to become more creative.
	Develop ways to prevent themselves from sabotaging creative thinking.
	Be forced to set aside their traditional ways of doing things.
	Embrace new and unexpected options for finding solutions.
