1958 Contracts polio in Jerusalem
1963 Moves to Paris, France
1964 Wins 2nd Place in school art contest
1967 Moves to Wiesbaden, Germany
1968 Designs school flag
1969 Returns to Maryland, USA
1972 Moves to The Hague, Holland
1973 Creates custom paint jobs on motorcycles
1974 Paintings selected for school exhibit
1975 Attends Franklin & Marshall College and takes figure drawing class
1976 Travels to New Zealand and begins first 'Travel Journal'
1979 Graduates with BA from University California at Santa Barbara
1980 Wins first prize for etching
1981 Exhibits in Santa Barbara
1982 Further tuition in fine art
1984 Moves to Taiwan to attend San Jose State program in Chinese painting, calligraphy, seal carving and language
1985 Begins 16-month overland painting journey across China, Tibet, Nepal, India, Pakistan and China
1987 Exhibits paintings and photographs in Taiwan
1988 Makes foray into commercial art world while designing Halloween merchandize and clothing for trading companies
1990 Produces TV documentaries while sailing from Tahiti to Hong Kong
1991 Settles and exhibits in Hong Kong
1993 Completes commissions for Belgian Bank and Dewey Ballentine Law office, affirming correct decision not to take up law
1994 Exhibits during New Trends at Hong Kong Convention Center
1995 Transfers to Singapore and falls in love with Angie
1996 Begins traveling, painting and exhibiting extensively throughout Asia
1998 Embraces life as a full-time artist
1999 Receives MFA in painting with honors from RMIT. Serves as artist in residence in Lombok, Indonesia, before fleeing in terror with paintings and life as island dissolves into riotous anarchy
2000 Presents painting to President Clinton on behalf of USA Paralympic Swim Team. Clinton is impeached. No connection established
2001 Paints for five months across Europe
2002 Artist in residency in Udaipur, India, concluding a busy year exhibiting in Singapore, Hong Kong, California and India
2004 Mentors young artists with and without disabilities during "Credit Suisse/VSA Journeys Travel Art Program"
2005 Angie and Gregory give birth to "Painted Journey", a book consisting of ten painting expeditions and exhibitions.
2006 Featured artist during ''Transformation'' group exhibition at JF Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.
