 Keynote Speaker & Workshop Leader

Gregory Burns is a Communicator. For over two decades, he has inspired companies and individuals to overcome challenges and re-engage their creativity through dynamic interactive presentations and workshops. Holding a Master of Fine Art and educated in Europe, America, and Asia, as a professional fine artist, Gregory deals daily with the challenges of pushing himself and his art from good to great. As an athlete, he competed in three Paralympic Games, capturing five world records in swimming and has completed three IronMan races.

Gregory believes that lessons learned in the painting arena can shed light on the creative and communicative processes essential to today’s businesses. Through unique, innovative and empowering team building events for groups of up to 1,000, Gregory helps participants reinforce company culture and values by creating amazing artwork that staff craft in a collaborative effort that is a testament to the team and their objectives. With exceptional results, Gregory has shared his art and stimulated creativity through numerous programs worldwide, re-igniting the creative spirit in all those he enables.

Gregory proves daily that perseverance and passion enable us to live big lives. He has published three books and been featured on CNN, CNBC, BBC, ESPN, CCTV and CNA as well as in The AWSJ, Time Magazine and The China Daily.

Gregory delivers his ‘Communicator’ skills via:

> Corporate Speaking Engagements and Creative Team Building Workshops.

> For educational Institutions and not for profit events and causes.
> As a ‘Cultural Ambassador’ for the U.S. State Department in China, Mongolia and Singapore.

Client Testimonials

“Gregory did a great job pulling this all together. By any measurement this will rank up there as one of the most innovative and unique memories that we will have created to strengthen the ‘magic of Equinix’”.

Steve Smith

CEO, Equinix

“Gregory joined our meeting of the 100 top global leaders as a key note speaker and to lead a team engagement project using art and innovation as the platform.  His talk was inspirational, down to earth, moving, on target with the meetings objectives and simply a highlight of our 3 days together.  To say that Greg was an “undeniable hit” would be an understatement!”

Roger Gaston

CHRO, Gates Corporation

“This program embodied so many of the things that were just concepts before. We engaged over 400 employ- ees directly, touching their hearts and minds, getting them to actually visual- ize what Equinx is all about for them.”

Pete Ferris
Chief Evangelist, Equinix

“I feel that you gave much more than a speech – I had a real sense of you connecting with the purpose of the summit and going significantly more than the extra mile!”

Jeremy Lindley

Marketing Director, Diageo

“I have seen a lot of motivational speakers in my years, and I am quite certain that your talk will stand the test of time with my organization as having left a real solid imprint.”

C.V. Bergh

President, Procter & Gamble, ASEAN/Australasia/India

“Gregory’s passion to help develop artistic talent in the young and his drive to challenge the perceived limitations of being disabled, have not only served to inspire the children involved in the program, but also the Journeys team and the staff of Credit Suisse as well.”

Didier von Daeniken

Managing Director, Credit Suisse, Singapore

“Perseverance, passion in relation to life and an ability to overcome adversity were the key approaches, which all clearly understood and appreciated in this demanding world.”

Angus Hamilton

Director of Corporate Security, Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd.

“Our entire team from the Asia Pacific Rim truly enjoyed your motivational messages and left our conference with a very positive attitude.”

Jack Rawle

Regional Manager, Johnson & Johnson, Asia Pacific

“The Creative Leader Workshop led by Gregory Burns at the Forbidden City had a phenomenal impact on our Middle East & Africa Global Sales Kick Off Meeting 2011.”

Vladimir Dabbah

Vice President, Marriott, Global Sales, Middle East & Africa
