Hong Kong to Japan 2018

Touring and painting around Asia for three decades overland has filled dozens of sketchbooks and even more exhibitions. So sailing from Hong Kong to Japan was a new adventure. Gone were the backpacks, hostels and daylong train rides. We came in style, on a ship that docked at interesting ports where we could run around all day collecting images and be back on board in time for dinner and the cocktail sail-away at sunset. I could get used to this.
